H2O AQUALIFE PROGRAM

H2O AQUALIFE OFFERS A SERIES OF DYNAMIC SWIMMING PROGRAMS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUNG AND ADULT SWIMMERS OF ALL LEVELS. H2O AQUALIFE ACCOMMODATES AGES 8 YEARS AND ABOVE AND IS AIMED AT THOSE WHO WITH TO TRAIN AQUATICALLY TO ACHIEVE AND MAINTAIN A HEALTHY, FIT LIFESTYLE, WHILST IMPROVING ON OVERALL SWIMMING TECHNIQUE, STAMINA AND ENDURANCE.

 

AQUALIFE YOUTH

AQUALIFE Youth is a program for swimmers ages 8 to 10 designed to further develop their technique and enhance their endurance. This program is offered twice a week.

AQUALIFE JUNIORS

AQUALIFE Juniors is for swimmers ages 10 to 13 who have fulfilled the requirements for AQUALIFE Youth and wish to continue improving their technical skills. This program is offered twice a week.

AQUALIFE SENIORS

AQUALIFE Seniors is for swimmers ages 14 to 19 who wish to improve their technical skills under a slightly more rigorous program. This program is offered twice a week.

ADULT LEARN TO SWIM

Aimed at first time swimmers over the age of 20 with no previous swimming experience and who are interested in learning how to swim. This program is also aimed for those who have swam before but are not yet confident to swim unassisted in the water. Please refer to the schedule for timings.

ADULT SWIM FOR FITNESS

This program is for swimmers with basic skills who wish to improve their stroke technique and stamina under the supervision of an experienced coach. Each session is one hour long and it is offered twice a week. Please refer to the schedule for timings.

MASTERS

For adults who have a more extensive knowledge of swimming and wish to continue improving their skills. The more serious swimmers within this program will also have the opportunity to compete on regional and international events. The program is offered on either morning or evening sessions. Please refer to the schedule for timings.

LADIES ONLY LEARN TO SWIM

Aimed exclusively at first time female swimmers over the age of 18 with no previous swimming experience and who are interested in learning how to swim under a female coach.  This program is also aimed for those who have swam before but are not yet confident to swim unassisted in the water. Please refer to the schedule for timings.

LADIES ONLY SWIM FOR FITNESS

This program exclusively for female swimmers with basic skills who wish to improve their stroke technique and stamina under the supervision of an experienced female coach. Each session is 45 minutes long and it is offered twice a week. Please refer to the schedule for timings.
