H2O runs a series of swimming events and competitions through our many locations.  These include:

►  H2O Cup: A high caliber Long Course and Short Course competitions

►  Swim Series: A series of swim meets in which swimmers accumulate points per event to obtain top swimmer series awards.

►  Inter School Events: H2O collaborates with school to run a series of Inter School meets

INTERNATIONAL TRAINING CAMPS

H2O offers several training camps every season in some of the best facilities in Europe.  Our Training Camps are run by our top coaches.  These camps will focus on overall stroke technique, endurance and advance competitive swimming skills.

Swimmers will have the chance to train ain some of the top high-performance training centers in Europe including the Gloria Sports Center in Antalya, Turkey and The High Altitude Training Ceanter in Sierra Nevada, Spain
